9541 GARAJ started the way all good Filipino food ideas do — over drinks, with friends, dreaming about what we'd serve if we had our own spot. One too many bottles of Red Horse later, someone said "ano kaya kung magtayo tayo ng sariling sisigan?" and the rest, as they say, is history.

We're not chefs with fancy training. We're just a barkada who knows what hits the spot after a long day — sizzling liempo that crackles, silog with garlic rice so good you'll order extra, and sharing boxes built for the whole crew. Walang pretension, walang plating ceremony. Just real food, hot off the grill, priced so everyone can eat.
